About Us



​MVP Lifeguards began as a fusion of founder Mrs. Olga Perez's love of swimming and a passion to give young, inexperienced lifeguards an opportunity to secure employment. Mrs. Perez, a lifeguard, lifeguard instructor, water safety instructor and a spa manager, was once in their shoes. MVP Lifeguards provides students with the necessary skills and training required to excel as lifeguards and refers them to potential employers.



"It's great when I get a text message from a young lifeguard, telling me they 'got the job'. Often, it is their very first job. Knowing we have facilitated their hiring through our training and recruitment programs is very rewarding," says Mrs. Perez, a twenty-year professional in the aquatics industry. “Our clients know they are getting 'the best of the best' when they hire a lifeguard from MVP."
